At Filer Handmade, we value your privacy and are committed to using your personal information only to fulfill your orders and improve your shopping experience. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except for the purpose of processing payments. The Nitty-Gritty

Shipping your florals to us correctly is crucial in the quality and success of the final arrangement. While we do our best to work with any florals we receive, in the event that we receive florals that are dead or too wilted we will have to throw them away. Please note, this is rare but can happen. To prevent this from happening, please make sure you mail your florals right after your event ends, pack them according to Fed-Ex standards, and choose the fastest shipping speed. 

If the flowers arrive to unusable, we will contact you immediately. We will give you the following options to choose from:

  • 50% refund from Filer Handmade, minus the shipping costs you incurred to mail the arrangement. Unfortunately, the shipping costs you paid are not refundable.

  • You can send us pictures of your bouquet or arrangement, and we will work with a local professional florist to "recreate" the bouquet. They might not be able to recreate it 100% due to flowers being out of season or out of stock. We will only request the number of flowers we need to complete the pressed arrangement. The costs incurred to get the arrangement will be your responsibility.

  • Gift card for future arrangement, any of our pre-made arrangements, or other items in our shop.
