Shipping Policy
At Filer Handmade, we offer reliable shipping for all your floral needs. We take pride in our packaging and ensure that your precious pressed floral arrangements, wax melts, and home décor items are delivered to you in the best condition possible. Custom floral arrangements ship free of charge.
For home décor and wax melts, there is a flat-rate fee depending on location.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care to ensure that your order is delivered to you in the best condition possible. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Customized Items:
Please note that on any customized products including custom floral arrangements, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or defective products. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
PZ Wax Blends:
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the fragrances you receive, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we will send you some complimentary samples of other fragrances. We hope you continue to shop with us for your home fragrance needs.
Home Décor:
We are happy to provide returns or exchanges on non-customized home décor. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to Filer Handmade in the event of a return or exchange. To get started on a refund or exchange, please email us at filerhandmade@gmail.com.
