Please understand due to the nature of the product, returns are not allowed! Proofs are sent before the final product is shipped. Once the proofs are approved, and the item is shipped, there is nothing we are able to do.

If you cancel your order prior to one month before your event date, we will provide a full refund, minus the deposit (if applicable).

If you mail your flowers and decide you do not want the pressed arrangement, we will offer a 50% refund, minus the deposit (if applicable). You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping florals back if desired.
You will be responsible for covering the costs incurred to mail the bouquet to Filer Handmade. It is your responsibility to properly deliver or mail the flowers. It is important to pack and mail the flowers as soon as possible after your event. Filer Handmade is not responsible for flowers that arrive in an unusable condition. For questions or concerns regarding shipping florals please see the FAQ or reach out to us.

If your flowers do not arrive in a workable condition, you will be notified right away. There will be a couple of options you can choose:

50% refund (minus your deposit if applicable, and the shipping costs you incurred sending the florals.)

Covering the costs for a local professional florist to "duplicate" the bouquet to the best of their ability.

Receiving a store credit to use on a future arrangement or other items in our store.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you choose the deposit option, remaining payment will be due one month before event date. You will receive an invoice via email for the remaining cost.
