  • How do I ship my floral arrangement?
    We recommend following the guidelines from Fed-Ex on shipping floral arrangements to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. Additionally, we recommend using one day or overnight shipping! If you have any questions or concerns on shipping your floral arrangement, please reach out to avoid any issues.
  • Do you offer gift cards or wedding registry options?
    Yes! To purchase a gift card, please go to the link below. If you are interested in wedding registry options, please reach out directly.
  • I have an idea for an arrangement - can you replicate it?
    Yes, please feel free to email us inspiration photos of how you would like your arrangement to look. Additionally, we always send proofs to our customers before mailing the final product so you can recommend slight adjustments or changes. Our ultimate goal is for you to LOVE your piece!
  • How long will it take for me to get my custom arrangement?
    Depending on the season, size of bouquet, and how many revisions we have to make it can take up to 6 weeks to get your arrangement. Typically, the turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
  • Do you offer other custom items?
    Yes! We are happy to work with our clients to create other custom items using their dried florals. If you have any ideas for us, please reach out and we would be happy to provide a quote.
  • What is PZ?
    I am an independent consultant for Pink Zebra. Through Pink Zebra, I sell wax sprinkles, diffuser oils, home and pet products, etc. The wax sprinkles are made in the USA from US soybeans and are non-toxic and eco-friendly. To find more information on the ingredients, visit Pink Zebra's website.
